Important Dates

30 April 2022

Last day for National Federations (NFs) or teams offered bids to pay team fee (500€).

Team fee refund policy: If the National Federations advance the team fees and the eligible teams do not take their bids, BULA will fully refund the respective NFs. In the case that a team takes a bid and then cancels their participation, the team fee will not be refunded unless BULA finds a substitute team.

31 July 2022

Last day for NFs to crown a winner of their Beach Ultimate Championships.

25 August 2022

Club teams must provide their team rosters to be approved by their National Federation as being eligible players.

30 August 2022

Player fees are due.

120€ (97.5€ + 22.5€ VAT)

30 September 2022

Last date to make roster changes.

14 October 2022

First day of play.

16 October 2022

Finals and closing ceremonies.

The Captains’ and Spirit Captains’ Meetings will take place on Thursday 13^th of October, in the evening. Attendance by at least one (1) representative for EACH TEAM is required to attend each meeting.

The first game will take place at 9 am on Friday 14^th of October. Please plan your travel accordingly.

The Final Day will be Sunday 16^th of October, with the Award Ceremony taking place 16:00 – 17:00h immediately after the finals.
